We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Generalist to be an integral part of our HR team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, providing HR advice, and assisting with various aspects of human resources management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Providing HR Support and Advice**:

- Offer guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Address general HR inquiries and provide solutions.

**Employee Relations (ER)**:

- Assist in managing Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Work to maintain a positive and productive employee-employer relationship.

**Payroll and Compensation**:

- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Report changes in salaries, employment contracts, and other relevant information.
- Support in compensation analysis and market research.

**Recruitment and Right to Work (RTW) Checks**:

- Conduct Right to Work checks to ensure legal compliance and eligibility of new hires.

**Learning and Development (L&D)**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
- Identify employee development needs and help create tailored L&D plans.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

**Salary**: £37,500.00-£42,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stirling: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
