**The Role**:
The Residential Services team are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to work at Rees Hall and Burrell House.

The permanent position is for 37 hours per week throughout the year which covers term time student accommodation for approximately eight months of the year and four months of summer conference, group and individual accommodation guests.

Working as part of a wider housekeeping team, you will contribute to providing high levels of customer service to students and summer guests by overseeing a team of Housekeeping Assistants who carry out the cleaning of all areas and surfaces within a residential environment.

Rees Hall has been awarded ‘Best UK University Accommodation for Groups’ and regularly scores highly with student satisfaction surveys, and you will assist in ensuring that the halls are a clean and comfortable to high standards.

The hours are initially Monday to Friday to a set rota but there will be occasions where additional hours on weekends will be required to service business needs. This will be on a time off in lieu basis.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post.
