This is an 18-24 month programme where you will be provided with on the job training and study support for the Level 3 Insurance Practitioner - Broking apprenticeship, which includes studying for the CII industry qualification. You will be fully supported by PIB Group and our government approved apprenticeship Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.

**Who we look for.**

Your role will be to provide client service support and assistance to the Account Handlers with their day-to-day tasks and account broking. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The Service Delivery team will be working alongside the Account Handlers to continuously develop and improve client outcomes and working processes. Putting the client at the heart of everything you do, utilising know your customer (KYC) and treating customers fairly (TCF) practices, handling tasks in line with compliance, FCA regulations and business policies and procedures. The Service Delivery team will play a key role in the future of client service delivery at PIB, underpinning the service excellence PIB require for our clients and ensuring accuracy for insurers, clients, and data integrity.

**Qualifications**
- Essential - GCSEs in Maths & English at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification
- Desirable - 3 x A-level's or equivalent (BTEC, T-Level etc)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Effective personal planning and organisation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for building fantastic working relationships with clients and colleagues
- An appetite to learn and develop and successfully achieve your apprenticeship
- An inquisitive nature with a willingness to ask questions
- Confident use of MS Office suite
