Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out duties in accordance with PreventaPest Limited’s policies, procedures and processes and safe systems of work to maintain what is a due diligence service within all customer premises.
- Work closely with all staff members and management to ensure all referrals and queries are dealt with in an expedite manner.
- Carry out all admin duties, as required, to produce results which meet the requirements and quality standards of customers and external accrediting bodies.
- Provide telephone advice and support to customers
- Ensure recording systems and databases are accurately maintained.
- General reception and administration duties to include filing, typing and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR
- All reasonable tasks commensurate with this post as directed by the management team.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
