An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our Team working within the Community CAMHS South Team based at Pebble Bridge, Hopewood, Nottingham.

The Community CAMHS South Team are a specialised multi-disciplinary service for children and adolescents under 18 years experiencing mental health problems.

Please note that this post may not meet the pay and skill level required for a Skilled worker visa

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa and also does not appear on the shortage occupation list for healthcare and education.

In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated receptionists to join our team.

This is a customer facing role that requires the post holder to provide a comprehensive efficient, confidential, and tactful reception, clerical and administrative service for the department. This could include maintaining patient related records/databases making appointments and preparing correspondence.

We want to help our staff reach their full potential and are committed to providing the support, skills and development needed to success. This includes a supportive and strong health and well-being team.

You will be required to complete mandatory training to assist your professional development.

To provide reception duties, taking phone calls, welcoming all visitors and service users to the outpatients department.

Ensure the reception is welcoming and tidy at all times

Receive and distribute mail

Update noticeboards and posters as requested

Working alongside our Security Team to book contractors onto site, coordinating appropriate escorts, keeping the reception a safe and secure environment.

To work under the supervision of the Admin Team Lead.

Complete essential training

Participate in supervision and personal appraisal
