**LeMieux** has an exciting opportunity for **Customer Service** superstar looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. Join our trade team as a **Customer Service Partner**.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 140-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside our Trade and Sales teams to achieve excellence in **Customer Service** and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

**Customer Service Partner**

You will have the responsibility of complaint handling and turning a potentially negative customer experience into a positive one and therefore are vitally important to the Company’s reputation.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven background in a target driven sales and/or customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure is essential as this is a busy, fast-paced environment.
- You will have a customer centric outlook and be confident using your own initiative and deliver end to end outstanding customer experience.
- Display a flexible and willing attitude to support various wider business departments as workload allows/demands.
- Full training will be provided however, you will need to be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and be confident in learning new IT systems.
- A sound equestrian background: preferably with competition experience and an excellent understanding of equine products is essential.
