**Hr Administrator**

**Yeovil**

**Salary £20,000 - £25,000**

Our well-established client is looking for an experience HR Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Yeovil.

**Duties**:
General administrative duties in a team that is responsible for 3500;
Processing the end to end life cycle for employees including on boarding, references, absence, promotions, flexible working, Mat/Paternity, redundancies and more;
Focused on ensuring continuous improvement and developing ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures used;
Created strong working business relationships across many departments;
Ensuring all calculations and payments for payroll are correct and sent to the payroll Department in time;
Liaising with multiple business units and departments to ensure that procedures and policies are adhered to when delivering high quality solutions for the clients;
Responsible for first line HR responses to queries.

Ideally qualified to Level 3 CIPD;
Previous experience within HR;
Knowledge of raising employment contracts.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
