- **Flexible Hours**: Work 3-5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 3 pm.
- **Term-Time Contract**: Permanent after a successful 3-month probation period.
- **Start Date**: Flexible, aiming for the end of February.

**The Role**:
As an Unqualified Behavior Mentor, you'll work full-time during term time across Key Stage 3, 4, and post-16. No formal qualifications needed; we value real-world experience in sports, residential, or positive behavior backgrounds.

- Be a mentor and role model, helping them navigate challenges.
- Create an inspiring, supportive environment for their growth.
