We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join our Patient Safety Team. The Trust is in process of planning transition to the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework and as part of implementation we have the new permanent roles of Patient Safety Reviewer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, motivated person, with excellent communication skills. This is a challenging role within a busy team, but is rewarding to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patient/family to ultimately identify areas of learning and improvement.The Patient Safety Team currently work flexibly between the office and home and this role will require you to travel to different sites across our geographic area.
