**Care Home Trainer/ Training / Learning and Development**
**Permanent up to £33k**
**Must have a driving licence to carry the various training paraphernalia to the different sites across the region.**
This is a home-based role covering Nantwich, Crewe, Chester, Chesterfield

**Needs**:
- A full Driving licence.
- Training qualification or PTTLS, DTTLS, Cert Ed or equivalent award/qualification in Education and or Training etc
- Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment in the UK
- Training experience, in a healthcare or health and social care or care home environment.
- Learning and Development Associate / Trainer - health and social care - care homes/ nursing homes.
- Responsible for the training and delivery of health and social care programmes.
- NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment.
- Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communicator
- Experience working in a highly compliant led organisation.
**The Role**:
You will be delivering workshops and coaching providing first class, learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees.
Needs valid driving licence due to the nature of the role driving to various locations across the region delivering training into care homes.
- Analysed training requirements and highlighted areas of improvement to training colleagues and care home managers etc.
- Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment in the UK Training experience, in a healthcare environment

Our client is seeking an inspirational and motivational Learning and Development / People Development manager/trainer, L&D consultant, and training officer to cover the **Staffordshire and Midlands **region.
**Responsibilities**
You will have experience in delivering training in care homes/ nursing homes or health and social care and have trained in a multi-site.
The role will require you to drive to various sites across the region, with various training, health, and social care paraphernalia which will be supplied by our client, along with a laptop and phone. All mileage and overnight stays will be paid for.
