We're searching for a Taxi Operator Manager for an exciting and unique taxi firm. Our firm is not your typical taxi company; we stand out from the crowd with our innovative approach, technology, and exceptional customer service.
As our Taxi Operator Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure that our fleet of taxis is running like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the driving force behind our operational success, ensuring that we're always meeting customer demand and providing a top-notch service.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be proactive and forward-thinking, constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and make our service even better. You'll also need to have excellent people skills, as you'll be working closely with our drivers and customers to ensure a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee our taxi fleet operations and ensure seamless coordination
- Develop and implement processes to improve our operational efficiency
- Manage our team of drivers and provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reports on fleet performance metrics
Key Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 37 per week
