Our newly opened, spectacular care home in Chesterfield is currently seeking a **Receptionist **to join us on this exciting new journey. Goldwell Manor is a purpose-built home, with the needs of the residents being the inspiration. With a pub for residents, private dining areas and landscaped gardens, this is set to be a glamourous, new home offering residential and specialist dementia support.

As the first person visitors meet when they come to our home, your role is absolutely vital and you will be expected to welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

**What you will receive as a Receptionist;**
- **£10.49** per hour
- **Full-time, permanent** contract
- **37.5 hours** per week
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Based in **Chesterfield,** **S40 4AA**

**What you will be doing as a Receptionist;**
- Greet and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
- Make sure all electronic records are maintained
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls to various third parties, including Doctors, Social Workers, Resident Families, etc.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative accordingly
- Maintain petty case records
- Show visitors around the care home in the absence of the Manager
- Provide general administration support to the Manager as required

**What you will need to be successful as a Receptionist;**
- Experience of working within a caring environment (not essential)
- The ability to communicate well and make others feel welcomed and comfortable
- Willingness to develop new skills
- A warm, friendly and calming disposition
- Be IT illiterate with experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
