**In your role you will engage with a range of clients to help propose and deliver benefits through the full range of their programmes across our collective strengths in Consulting, Technology and Digital. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.
**You will focus on client delivery and developing tailored solutions for clients. You will be key in generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands-on delivery and drive out insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, both on client projects and as part of internally growing our organisation.**

**Why This Role**:
**With rapid growth across many of our sectors, we are looking for talented consultants to join our Enterprise Model and Strategy team.**

**You’ll bring your delivery experience, communication and stakeholder management skills to support our clients innovate, develop new strategies, and implement changes to their operating model, to future-proof the products and services they deliver. You’ll be responsible for building lasting client relationships, working closely with clients to design and implement new business and operating models, often taking an agile approach. In addition, you will also contribute to the internal development of propositions for our clients and get involved in the running of the Enterprise Model and Strategy team, such as supporting our recruitment efforts and deliver training to fellow colleagues.
**As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- **Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.**:

- **Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.**:

- **Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.**

**We'd Love to Meet Someone With**:
**You will bring experience of delivering transformation projects from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset with an understanding of relevant tools and techniques. You will be required to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, develop new strategies, design and implement new business and operating models. You’ll bring an acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.

- **Analytical skills: Developing and presenting meaningful and practical insights and recommendations, based on robust evidence, and that can stand up to client scrutiny**:

- **Operating Model and Organisation Design: Ability to present options and deliver the implementation of a strategic and/or detailed operating model design across a variety of sectors and ERP solutions, including, if possible, S/4HANA Transformations. Through a thorough review of the operating model dimensions, advising on which areas should be considered during strategic decisions.**:
