**Job Description - Financial Adviser**
Hours: full time, either employed or self employed
**Salary**: negotiable
St James Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading and highly regarded FTSE100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High-Net-Worth client base.
Anglian Wealth Management is a Senior Partner Practice of St James’s Place and has the ethos that the clients are at the heart of everything we do.
We have been established for over 10 years now, and continue to grow our team, whilst still continuing to give excellent client service.
**The role - purpose**
A new financial adviser is required to join our existing team of 3 advisers in providing excellent financial service to our clients.
The adviser will be given clients to service, as well as being expected to grow their client bank through bringing across additional clients where possible.
The adviser will be supported by an administration team including paraplanners.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- Dealing with clients on a face to face and online basis.
- Providing first class advice to clients on wealth management, including pensions, investments, savings, and protection products.
- As part of the client service that we offer to them, they will receive regular reviews from our adviser.
- Working with our administration team and paraplanning team to deliver timely reports and great client service.
**To be considered in the role you will have**:
- The required qualification at diploma level (or one exam from achieving this)
- Ideally have experience in giving advice to clients over a recent period of time, for example a mortgage adviser or existing financial adviser.
- Be able to demonstrate that you are a confident professional with excellent communication skills.
- An enthusiasm towards delivering outstanding client service is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and to be able to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**St James’s Place Additional Requirements**
To become an integral member of our adviser team, you will be required to take a 12 week’s course with SJP to familiarise yourself with how SJP works.
This is not a full-time course, and you will also be able to continue working with Anglian Wealth Management and receive full assistance from us.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
