Job Title:

Financial Services Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial services administrator/trainee paraplanner to join our boutique advice practice in Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with advisers and colleagues on all aspects of the business process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with advisers and colleagues on all aspects of the business process.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and investment companies to obtain specific information.
  • Prepare investment reports and review packs for existing clients.
  • Prepare new business packs for prospective clients.
  • Utilize back office systems to construct data records and obtain information for existing clients.
  • Assist advisers to ensure business is processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Comply with FCA rules and internal compliance procedures.

  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Mathematics and English qualifications (grade C and above)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience within financial services, ideally within an insurance company or financial advisory business
