**Position**:
An experienced technical leader in cybersecurity who has expertise in threat led detection and response and can act as a strong technical advisor and lead for complex customer engagements. The role will be varied and could include overseeing and advising on deployments of Sentinel monitoring solutions with unique needs (such as Operational Technology monitoring or identifying how to meet customers threat detection needs by translating from an existing SIEM/SOAR solution), helping to identify security insights from our existing service delivery, or stepping into challenging situations to help resolve customer concerns. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management and be able to provide clarity in communication to customer and internal teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the coordinating technical lead and advisor within Quorum Cyber and on customer projects - working closely with delivery teams, including onboarding, the SOC and the PMOto ensure successful customer delivery and outcomes are achieved aligned with the project scope and agreed deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with the customer at all levels understanding their unique project needs and challenges, ensuring high standards are met.
- Play the role of trusted advisor/critical friend to customer stakeholders and provide strategic and technical direction to support them through their cyber security journey. Be available for the customer throughout the project lifecycle and beyond as required.
- Be able to understand the core customer goals, and develop practical solutions from these - Articulate the benefits of Quorum Cyber’s services and approach and how these will deliver to the customer's needs.
- Ensure coherence of the QC portfolio so that the customer experience is seamless and fir for purpose.
- Work closely with the Solution Director for the MDR and MXDR services, to ensure balance between customer needs and service roadmaps and delivery capability.
- Be able to step into challenging projects midway and turn these around rapidly.
- Work with SOC and SDM teams to draw out security insights and recommendations for customers - feeding into their security strategy and proposing additional QC services where appropriate.
- Ultimately be a team player and support where needed - this may sometimes be in an advisory role, leadership role,

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years technical work experience in cybersecurity space.
- Expert knowledge across major cybersecurity domains.
- Experience in Detection and Response services, senior-level consultancy, and architecting solutions for large enterprises.
- Experience working with, presenting to, and leading relationships with CISOs, C-suite and technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Defender and Sentinel ecosystems - Excellent consultative and communication skills and ability to negotiate to meet different goals and needs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment delivering results under sometimes tight deadlines.
