The Role:
In this full-time role as Customer Service Administrator, working within a team of 11, you will have direct customer contact in a phone based hybrid working environment:
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Orders processed accurately, according to specific customer requirements and any anomalies reported
- Arrange 3rd party transport for those orders that require it
- Working with internal business partners and customers regarding special customer requirements
- Opening new accounts
- Ensure good communication with all key departments of the business
- To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental Belazu values, and to help achieve the company wide objectives that are communicated on an on-going basis

Customer Services Administrator key skills and experience:
Ideally you will have a background including administration and sales support experience or experience working within a Customer Service department. The following competencies and behaviours are key to doing the job well, and are more vital than specific qualifications, but efficiency, good communication skills and good judgement will be important tools in this role.

Terms
- 40 hrs/wk**:3.30pm to 12 midnight OR 4pm to 12.30am - Sun to Thurs hybrid **(flexible in approach). Through your 4 week mobilisation, you will work 9.30am to 6pm - Mon to Fri in the office.
- Probationary period 3 months
- Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
- 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
- Will need to be within easy commute to the office (45-min door to door commute times will only be considered)
