Within this role you will be accountable to the businesses CEO and must be happy to adapt to a changing environment and varied responsibilities. Alongside elements of Events support you will also be responsible for the Membership Coordination function. Your responsibilities will include:
Management of the events calendar including sourcing venues and suppliers, coordinating budgets, and administering project work
Coordination of meetings including minute taking and following up on action points
Assistance in the membership process such as database management, research projects, and event engagement
Management of the marketing plan for the business including writing and producing of the monthly newsletter and adding to the website
