The role involves but is not limited to:

- Involvement in the preparation and release of confidential documents to Randox Health clients
- Printing and posting of client documentation
- General office management e.g., stationary orders
- Other administrative tasks requested by management e.g., updating quality issues
- Adherence to Company Confidentiality Policy
- Minute taking during department meetings
- Adherence and completion of tasks assigned by manager or supervisor
- Prioritise workflow and display flexibility to meet report deadlines
- Liaising with members of staff across the business, including scientists, and the public
- Assist in the training of staff, if necessary
- The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.
- Essential criteria _
- Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good numerical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a logical fashion
- Ability to act on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Possess a positive and professional attitude
