Degree level qualification in a Business-related discipline, minimum 2:1.

Previous experience in a Human Resources role.

Well organised and professional with excellent communication skills.

Computer literate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification would be beneficial.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in employee relations.
