Customer Service Administrator Apprentice

Are you looking to kickstart your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Administrator Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Location: Cambridge
**Salary**: £15,600 per annum
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday One in eight week by rotation - on call. This is paid extra for the time spent on call during out of hours.
Expected duration: 18 months

Customer Service Administrator Apprentice - Key Responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Software
- Help with marketing and sales projects
- Help with general administration
- Undertake individual projects and help present them at team meetings
- Help with warehouse duties and dry ice distribution
- Answer incoming calls
- Take bookings and liaise with controller
- Process jobs and proof of deliveries onto our software package
- To enjoy what you do and at the end of the day, feel really good about the difference you've made
Customer Service Administrator Apprentice - How it works:
You will achieve a Business Administration Standards Level 3.
The apprentice would be assigned an assessor though the College, who would typically come out to visit in the workplace to assess workplace competence.
The knowledge side would be provided via an online portal VLE (Virtual Learning Environment), and assignments/evidence of work/portfolio would be checked via an online Smart Assessor.
Customer Service Administrator Apprentice - You:
