Accounts and Administration Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently exclusively partnered with a returning client seeking an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team based on the beautiful outskirts of Newbury.

Duties for the role include:

- Raising suppliers' orders and inputting invoices
- Processing sales orders and sales invoices
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Setting up new supplier accounts, negotiating credit limits
- Statement runs
- Preparing monthly pay run
- Updating/managing Excel AP and AR invoices register
- Processing employees' expenses
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Assisting sales/estimating team with up-to-date price lists

The role willbe a full time office based role, working 9am to 5.30pm but with some flexibility on start and finish times.

Due to the rural location of the business you will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
