Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Lecturer for a full-time position at a local College in Hull. This exciting opportunity begins on January 8th and extends at least until Easter 2023, with the potential for further extension or even permanent placement, covering a vacant position.
**Position Details**:
- ** Title**: Automotive Lecturer
- ** Contract Hours**: 35 hours per week
- ** Commencement Date**: January 8th, 2023
- ** Payment**: £20-£30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
As an Automotive Lecturer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and guidance to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Developing and updating curriculum materials to meet industry standards.
- Conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and incorporating relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Proven experience working in a similar position, preferably in an educational setting.
- Substantial experience within the automotive industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of current practices.
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, showcasing a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
The position requires flexibility, with working hours falling between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, adhering to a 35-hour per week contract.
