We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Projects and Change team as a People Change Specialist, working as a trusted adviser and consultant to the People Function and People Leaders across QBE International, shaping and supporting organisation development and people-related change.

We are looking for a People Change Specialists to provide expertise in organisation design and/or change management, either with deep expertise in a single specialism, or breadth across both. This is a varied role, expected to contribute across various specialisms and is driven by the change agenda across QBE International.

Your New Role- Support large-scale and cross-functional organisational change projects and design initiatives, working in close partnership with People Business Partners & the broader People function.- Develop a pragmatic, tailored change approach using human-centred design principles to drive consistency (where applicable) around how change and organisation development is managed.- Build credible business cases with an “outside in” perspective to identify shifts in skills, demands and behaviours, and build pragmatic plans to help build QBE’s ability to adapt to these requirements.-
- Scope, define, plan and document the progression of projects, working closely with the People Business Partner / Project Lead / Expertise Lead (as needed).- Partner with the wider People Function to bring in expertise and resource as needed to support organisation and people development.- Maintain an active role in the professional community for change management / organisation design across QBE Group, developing best practice and ensuring it is disseminated.- Create and maintain links with thought leadership outside the organisation to ensure QBE’s continual development.- Develop capability in the People Leaders across QBE International through training, workshops, partnering, mentoring and coaching.- Your story so far:
- Experience leading or supporting organisational design and change projects; whether through internal / external consulting roles, delivery of change programmes as part of a technical function (HR, IT, Transformation, Project Management etc), or in a business role having delivered change- Strong knowledge and experience of change management skills and use of project management practices, methodologies and tools- Experience of working in an agile environment- Experience managing ambiguity and translating it into a planned approach- A commercially focused and pragmatic approach to outcomes- Demonstrated senior business partnering or internal/external consulting experience- Analytical and insightful communications skills- Experience of using data/analytics to support communications or reporting- Change Management and/or Organisation Design experience
