Jacksons Motor Group is a family run used car dealership based in Stoulton, Worcestershire which has circa one hundred cars in stock for sale at any one time and in addition we have an on site service department. We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well presented individual to take on the role of Showroom Assistant.

**Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm**

**Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm**

**Sundays & Bank Holidays: Closed**

**1 Day off during week day as Saturday is compulsory.**

At the forefront of our ethos is customer service, this is a new role that is going to be created as the business continues to grow in both sales and service.

This new role is going to be an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house supporting customers and existing team members.

Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Meeting and greeting customers on arrival.
- Introducing customers to relevant departments within the dealership.
- Answering inbound phone calls to the dealership and transferring to relevant departments.
- Showing customers a sales car & relevant paperwork.
- Assisting with organising customer test drives.
- Ensuring that customers are offered refreshments.
- Booking in sales and service appointments.
- To assist with keeping the showroom neat and tidy.

It is anticipated that there will be a small number of other administrative duties therefore basic word processing would be desirable. This is a customer facing role and therefore it is essential that you are comfortable speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone.
- Experience in a customer facing role, although if you can demonstrate that you are comfortable with meeting new people on a daily basis and enjoy it then this is not essential.
- A confident and customer-orientated approach to their role.
- A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership.

As this is a new role the responsibilities of the role may change and be adapted. It is also worth mentioning that we are a growing business and we encourage team members to unlock their potential and there may be opportunities within the business to move into other positions for example salesperson or service advisor.
