**SERVICE ADVISOR**

We are offering a very competitive basic salary and the unique opportunity of uncapped earnings.

This fantastic opportunity is based in our longstanding successful Vauxhall dealership at Worcester.

We train our Service Advisors to have a high adaptable skill set to assist and guide customers throughout their Aftersales journey, either on line or in person - all you need is the right attitude and work ethic and we will help you succeed.

It is certainly an exciting time to join the Baylis Group as Vauxhall are one of the best known manufacturers across the UK with a strong following, the exciting movement to a fully electric brand by 2028 and the upcoming launch of the New Astra-e coming in the next few months.

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual, matching our company values along with excellent communication skills and ideally some background in a retail environment. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.

As a Service Advisor your role will involve the below responsibilities:

- Providing outstanding customer experience
- Assisting customers throughout the Aftersales experience
- Introducing the customer to flexible funding options
- Informing customers of additional products and services that we offer
- Dedication in creating industry leading csi index performance
- Actively supporting management and the Aftersales team to achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals.
