**Senior HR Advisor - Willand, Devon**
£45,000 - £48,000

We are currently recruiting for a **Senior HR Advisor** for a world-renowned manufacturing company based in Devon. Overseeing the manufacturing site you will be act as a key member of the management team and a true business partner. This role couldsuit somebody looking to take a step up into a HR Manager position
Role & Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the people agenda on site to support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of colleagues, including monitoring and communicating on employee morale and engagement.
Ensuring all legal requirements are maintained

Supporting the senior management team in delivering strategy plans for business areas

Handling all aspects of disciplinary, grievances

Supporting the payroll department with queries

Developing and creating succession plans, training sessions, training plans,
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience with manufacturing
Exposed to a wide range of HR and legislative matters

CIPD Level 5
Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders
Experience of managing a HR team within a unionised environment
Good understanding of Total Quality and the principles of lean enterprise
A 'can do' attitude
Credibility necessary to relate to employees at all levels
Understand the importance of teamwork
The ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
Communication and experience of dealing with Employee relations issues (Unions is highly desirable)
Benefits Package:
£45,000 - £48,000
