Keltbray Group is a UK leading specialist business, which offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning, remediation, rail, environmental services and reinforced concrete frame solutions. Providing advice and assistance to management and staff on HR policies, procedures and legislation.

Lead and advise on employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance, absence, probations) through to an effective resolution.

Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines and processes which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of the HR services.

Monitoring key HR analytics, such as turnover and retention rates for your stakeholder group.

Coordinating the performance review process for your stakeholder group.

Dealing with various HR queries for your allocated stakeholder group. Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members.

Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation/ employment law principles, policies and procedures.

Experience of providing solution-based HR advice based on a sound knowledge of employment law, best practice and general commercial awareness.

Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams.
