**Office Admin**

Our client, a leading engineering company in Co. Armagh, are in search of an Office Admin to join their team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Checking and logging drivers' details as they come in and out of the site
- Weighing lorries when they arrive and leave
- Completing inspection sheets
- Booking other site visitors in and out
- Updating records on computer systems
- General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence
- Maintaining records on Excel and SharePoint
- Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program
- Some manual labour may be required
- To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing setting/ quarry plant (desirable)
- GCSE or Equivalent including English and Maths
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Previous experience within an Admin function (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
