Based in our busy Neighbourhoods team, this role acts as the first point of contact for customers in helping them to understand their tenancy responsibilities, e.g. maintaining gardens, keeping communal areas clear, preventing pet nuisance. You will provide the full range of administrative and communications support through e.g. sign-ups, tenancy terminations, allocations, lettings, transfers, garage tenancies, assignments, successions and mutual exchanges.

You will also deputise for Neighbourhood or Tenancy Officers as required, which will include tenancy visits, viewings and estate inspections. You will be a champion for the integrity of customer data and be someone who can spot opportunities to improve team processes.
