OCU Group currently has an opportunity for an experienced Planner to join our team in Bridgend.

This role is Fixed Term, 9 month, Maternity cover position. A fantastic opportunity for a P6 Planner to develop more experience with a fast moving and growing company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Import and export data and costs per project.
- Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring alignment with project requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
- Liaise with various teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, to gather necessary inputs for accurate scheduling and planning.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
- Hold a clean driver’s licence and travel between OCU offices for meetings/updates.
- Previous external telecoms projects experience - advantageous.
- Previous utilities experience required.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
