Due to a global transformation project, they are in pursuit of a Global Payroll Transformation Lead to join them on an 18 month contract to see the transition of their global payrolls to one vendor.
- have proven experience of delivering global payroll projects
- have worked on a payroll project encompassing Workday/ADP systems
- enjoy working in a small team
- own their part of the payroll project and operate with a high level of initiative
- be prepared to work from the Reading office as part of a hybrid arrangement; 2-3 days per week
- be available to start from January
