Formed in January 2017 Sanper Construction Ltd has gone from strength to strength, supplying project/facilities management and fulfilling ongoing maintenance and repairs contracts for public services and undertaking larger single trade projects throughout new build and other various construction contracts.

**The Role**

**Your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:

- Gathering reviews from Clients via Trustpilot, Google reviews and testimonials
- Registering interest and completing client PQQs/RFIs
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients, measuring activity, and identifying the need to re-engage
- Fuel card ordering, approval/monitoring, and auditing of fuel cards when needed
- Organising business insurances
- Office stock control
- Managing vehicle permits & parking for the office
- Completing reactive daily administration tasks
- Paying monthly materials accounts
- Dealing with pay queries from site workforce
- Filing receipts and invoices
- Organising staff induction and onboarding
- First phase recruitment and telephone interviews
- Sending purchase orders to supply chain

**Required Skills/Qualifications**
- High level computer skills and solid grasp of computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel etc
- Problems solving
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Brilliant task and time management skills
- Good sense of humour
- Enjoys working in an office environment.

**Preferred Skills/Qualifications**
- Knowledge of construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of general finance administration

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
