Job Profile:
Davis Tate are looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch in Didcot on a full time, permanent basis.

Established in 1991 Davis Tate currently have 12 branches throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We are renowned in the industry for investing in the training and continual development of our staff. As a Trainee Estate Agent working for Davis Tate you will receive:

- £22000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum
- Monthly commission pay
- Uncapped earning opportunities and top achievers’ awards
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Trainee Estate Agent you will:

- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**
