Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Labstep, you will be a vital contributor to achieving our growth targets by acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth in the fast moving Small & Mid-sized business segment. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and customer teams, utilizing your skills in relationship-building, communication, and sales techniques to generate interest in our software solutions and qualify potential customers.

How you will contribute

1. Sales Activities:

- Present product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Leverage our tech stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo etc.) to identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and lead nurturing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation.
- Evaluate and prioritize leads based on their potential value and fit with Labstep's solutions.

3. Sales Performance:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new logo sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and management teams on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.

About you
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
