We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to start their career as Trainee New Homes Sales Negotiator, joining our dynamic growing team. No experience? No problem We believe in growing our team from the ground up and looking for the right person that fits with our companies vision and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in property viewings, eventually converting these viewings to sales.
- Being the first point of contact to handle any buyer or seller enquiries.
- Working to create sales leads from our active buyer's database.
- Devloping relationships with our buyers and developers.
- Keeping our CRM system and property portals up to date.
- Working closely with our senior management team on innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ad-hoc social media, with innovative posts to keep our followers up to date.

**Desired Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with people.
- Desire to learn about the luxury new build property sector.
- High levels of self-motivation and an independent working style.
- Sales and marketing experience - it's a plus, but not required
- Full, Clean Drivers Licence and your own car.

**Job Specifics**:

- Annual Salary with commission structure: OTE of £22,000
- Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 10am
- 4pm Saturday

(Every Saturday worked affording 1 day lieu to use in the week)
- Office Based in Lincoln and Viewings across Lincolnshire - mileage paid

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
