They are looking for a** Legal Cashier **to work** full-time** ina** permanent **position. This is a **hybrid role** in** Leeds** with a **37.5-hour **week. This will be a varied role covering multiple aspects of running a busy law firm.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Processing transactions on bank accounts
- Checking supplier statement
- Checking and processing expense claims
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
- Processing payments including CHAPS/BACS payments
- Matching and processing receipts
- Checking and processing disbursement payments
- Monitoring residual client balances
- General administrative functions.

**You will need to demonstrate:**
- Experience working in the finance department of a law firm
- Understanding of bookkeeping
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels within the firm
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
