The Educational Psychology Service (EPS) in Bracknell Forest provides professional support, on behalf of children and young people and their families, to educational and other professionals to identify and remove barriers to achievement (i.e. academic, social -, emotional, psychological, developmental, mental health).

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for the business support for this service - a key role in delivering better outcomes for children, young people and their families., and other professionals. We are always looking for better ways of doing things. How can we make the most of our resources and how can we refine our administrative and business support processes to enable efficiency and effectiveness to be optimised? How can we produce reports on demands and capacity, how can our excel spreadsheets become easier to access/use? These are just some of the things you could be looking at when you join us. **You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training...**:
You will be part of the ‘front door’ to the service, administrating the arrival of service demands, responding appropriately and providing signposting as appropriate, keeping records up to date and inline with GDPR, and developing further excel spreadsheeets and SharePoint details.

You will be a resource to service members, enabling all to manage competing demands through your Business Support expertise.

Communication will be key, both written and verbal (telephone).

We will support you to undertake relevant training including linking with others to extend your skill repertoire.
