We are looking for a Bookings Agent - level depending on experience (Account Exec / Manager) to work in our lively Primrose Hill office.

This is an office-based role.

**Day to day**:

- Managing bookings autonomously from new enquiry to completed hire of location.
- Using various software tools, including a CRM.
- Liaising between clients and location owners, dealing with disputes if necessary.
- Negotiating competitive rates on behalf of clients and location owners.
- Diary and Recce management.
- Contract management.
- New business development, monthly outreach to potential clients.
- Outreach for newsletter sign-ups.
- Assisting with onboarding new locations, including liaising with prospective owners, contracts and uploading locations to the 1st Option website.

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- An up-beat personality
- Highly organised
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Adaptability
- Works well within a team and within sub-teams
- Works well under pressure and to targets
- Personable, able to build strong client relationships

**Computer skills required**:
Outlook, Word, Excel;
Photoshop would be an advantage.
