Or do you have the transferable skills and experience to be successful supervising a small maintenance team but have not yet had the chance to gain this sort of experience?

My client is an exceptionally forward-thinking organisation looking to further corner the UK

market in their sector. This low-risk environment comes with a unique set of challenges and will offer a maintenance professional the opportunity to embark upon a progressive opportunity.

Responsibilities are as follows:

- Leading the Maintenance team to maintain the Production Department through plant asset care, PPM scheduling, and Reactive maintenance, for both electrical and mechanical competencies.
- Ensure each machine is technically competent, and asset care is considered in all instances.
- To ensure that product runs attain the required quality standards within specific timeframes.
- Optimising the required process for the product and adherence to the relevant HSE requirements.
- The continual development of the Department's skill base and quality awareness.
- Maintain a close relationship with the Production Department in ensuring all orders are presented for dispatch with mínimal/zero issue
- Ensure the Department works cohesively to ensure process stability is maintained addressing issues/anomalies within a timely fashion and in line with Company Values and Competencies.
- Team management and development.
- Maintenance experience
- Electrical bias with mechanical competency
- Manufacturing background
- 18th edition qualification
