Innovative Leading UK established organization requires an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to lead a team of 6 (hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader’s role is to lead all operational aspects linked to Accounts Receivable & Cash & Banking. You will ensure smooth running of operations under its leadership. Including team management, delivery of targets and proactive engagement and management of business key stakeholders. Be a point of escalation and act as a deputy to the Transactional Manager.

Key duties include:

- Lead all aspects of your team Management (Performance reviews, etc)
- Set team and individual targets (weekly/monthly) for your team
- Deliver regular monitoring of the accounts receivable ledgers & Cash & Banking Bank Reconciliation
- Drive target delivery of the team
- Drive and deliver departmental KPIs
- Ensure accounts receivable operations are running smoothly
- Ensure all all activities are delivered according to targets
- Ensure SLAs are adhered to
- Act as a deputy to the Transaction Manager as and when required
- Represent the accounts receivable department across the business

Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:

- Minimum 2 years experience in managing an accounts receivable team
- Proven track record of developing and motivation an accounts receivable team
- Working in an environment that has a high level of transactions
- Working in a fast pace environment
- Meeting the deportment’s deadlines
- Highly motivated and proactive who enjoys leading and working in a team, whilst also taking full ownership and accountability of delivering results
- Experience of using finance systems and good excel skills
