Purchasing & Admin Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal Purchasing Assistant / Procurement Assistant / Buying Assistant or General Administrator to join a rapidly expanding company.
If you have purchasing experience ideally in the building or construction industry or a role that entails the ordering of building products (however not essential), then this could be the opportunity for you
Purchasing & Admin Assistant Duties to include (but not limited to):

- Chasing up suppliers to ensure items are ready for when required
- Updating the procurement schedule
- Collate information for handover files
- Raise and issue purchase orders.
- Establish excellent working relationships with suppliers, site teams and contracts management
- Process invoices and resolve any invoice queries
- Assist with stock orders and developing the Store's stock system
- Assist the Department Manager and MD where necessary
Purchasing & Admin Assistant Person:

- A hard working, positive personality
- 2+ years' preferred experience in a buying role within the building trade, yet not essential
- Computer literate / Microsoft Office in particular Excel (preferred)
- Experience in using Xero/Workflow Max would be an advantage
- Highly numerate with efficient administration
- Good communication skills
Location: Bolton

**Salary**: £24,180 per annum
Full Time - Permanent Role.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week
