Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the CAMHS team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance CAMHS services
- Monitor CAMHS performance and ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Conduct regular assessments of CAMHS operations and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CAMHS management

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the CAMHS sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in IT systems related to CAMHS management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year
