**The role**

This is a permanent full-time or part-time role. The number of hours per week are negotiable (between 25 - 37.5 hours per week) with flexible working times. The role will be based at our office in Thornton-Cleveleys, with hybrid working available if needed.

You will be flexible, good at problem solving, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

You will work with and report directly to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on role which requires commitment and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Briefing on tasks and upcoming deadlines
- Organising meetings and events
- Liaising with the wider team, suppliers and clients
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining internal procedures and processes

You need to love change and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. We want new ideas, fresh eyes and passionate minds

You will be able to make a real impact and help drive the business forward.

**Experience and essential skills**

Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork is essential.

You will need to be approachable, have a helpful manner and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects.

Strong IT skills are essential.
