**The role**:
- Working on a wide range of projects
- Providing detailed performance reporting in all key business areas within a time critical basis.
- Supporting the Sales team with customer specific KPI's, producing and developing as required.
- Gathering market intelligence from internal and external data sources on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Maintaining, updating and improving all management reporting systems.
- Support preparation of Business AOP/LRP.
- Monitor and audit data quality across major systems.
- Promoting best Sales, Service and colleague headcount coverage by providing detailed calculations and business cases.
- Experience in manipulating and analysing large amounts of data.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, working with working knowledge of Power BI /Tableau or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge or CRM Systems, knowledge of MD Dynamics would be a major plus.
- In-depth research and analytical skills
- Full understanding of business environments
- Awareness of mapping systems
- Strong people skills
