Exciting New Finance Assistant Role in Egham
**Your new company**
You will be joining an expanding insurance company based in Egham. You will be joining a diverse, vibrant team.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be dealing with:
- Processing incoming post throughout the business.
- Coding and checking purchase invoices.
- Processing returns/credits/refunds.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Reconciling intercompany charges.
- Filing invoices and statements.
- Raising Remittances/Payments.
- Dealing with purchase enquiries.
- Processing staff expenses/petty cash.
- Processing Finance settlements.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Minimum of 4 years previous Purchase Ledger experience; relevant professional qualifications a plus.
- Educational attainment at degree level not essential but would be an advantage. Grade C+ for A-Level or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of compliance processes within the financial services sector, ideally insurance/claims handling.
- Intermediate Excel and Sage experience.
