**Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer receipts across multiple entities.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain the sales ledger with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the Senior Credit Controller with various ad hoc duties, including managing Money Claims Online and addressing client queries.
- Handle sales billing responsibilities for multiple entities.
- Assist the Finance Manager and finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office phone inquiries, handle daily post, and perform general finance duties.
- Foster close collaboration with the finance team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Provide support during the annual audit process.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience working in a finance department.
- AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Knowledge of SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) is a bonus.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage own workload and support others.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Capable of building relationships and collaborating with individuals at all levels of seniority.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about Microsoft packages.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the team.
