Purchase Ledger Clerk

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

- Receiving, matching, and coding invoices to PO's and GRN's and entering onto accounting system
- Daily processing of invoices onto accounting system
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors concerning account status and payment dates, ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner
- Setting up new supplier accounts in SAP
- Reconciliation of supplier statements/accounts and dealing with queries
- Preparing and processing of payment runs (BACS, SEPA and International payments)
