**Client Details**

A UK based retail and distribution business with a head office for finance and administration based in Egham

**Description**

The role of bookkeeper reports in to the company Finance Manager, and will take responsibility for a variety of duties, including:
Purchase and Sales ledgers

Bank reconciliations

Supplier payments

Accruals and pre-payments

Creating journals

Provision of trial balance reports

Reconciling and submitting VAT returns

Processing Expenses

Month end reporting

**Profile**

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Excel and confident with finance systems

Able to commit to office based working five days per week
