Support Worker Mental Health and Homelessness
Roles available in Newcastle, Gateshead, Blyth, Morpeth and North Shields.
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) and Part Time hours available
Salary £19,360 to £19,554 pa (pro rata), negotiable based on skills and experience
£9.90 per hour if you’d prefer to work on a casual basis, plus sleep in shifts of £50.00 and great benefits

We’re looking for brilliant Support Workers to use their life skills and experience to empower our vulnerable customers. We support our customers who have complex needs and mental health. They may also be experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.
We help our customers by creating support plans that reflect their individual needs and work towards them living independently and moving through our accommodations and eventually finding their forever home.

**About you**
You’re caring, flexible with your approach, a good communicator and have experience of supporting or caring for vulnerable people. If you have worked in this type of environment before that's amazing, but if not, we provide full training, what matters is your passion
